Queen Street, Woollahra ART GALLERY 

The Queen Street art gallery had a severe rising damp issue which had previously been repaired without success. All walls throughout the building dispalyed evidence of salt attack and high moisture readings. Combined Damp & Remedial Building worked in with the art dealer, kept our mess to a minimum and ensured no artworks were damaged in-between auctions. 

The neighbouring property also required attentions as their balcony deck allowed water to drain onto the common wall creating further damp issues which required attention.
